In collaboration with Fiker Institute, Museum of the Future hosted Climate Future Week in September 2023, aiming to advance climate action through future-oriented conversations, policy-focused solutions, and global environmental debates. Spanning five days, the inaugural week boasted 6,300 attendees, including government officials, industry leaders, academics, sustainability experts, and senior delegates. Twenty main sessions were held over the course of three days, focused on three main pillars: the role of technology in the future of climate action, the role of the next generation and entrepreneurship in supporting climate resilience, and the importance of enhancing climate awareness to achieve climate goals. The week also included six workshops, a Climate Film Festival, a Climate Start-Up Majlis, and a regional environmental photography exhibition.

Barjeel Art Foundation and Fiker Institute launched Written Portraits: Arab Women, Art, & History, a research partnership that focuses on the lives and works of Arab female artists, authored by Arab female researchers. Their collaborative initiative seeks to bridge a number of knowledge gaps in existing global discourse surrounding female artists from the Arab World, and their social, political, and cultural contributions to their respective countries and the wider region.
