ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Completed or currently pursuing a university degree in a research subject.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability, availability, and willingness to author four publications (Issue Briefs, reports, case studies) in the duration of six months.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1. Research proposal: A minimum of 750 words, up to a maximum of 1500 words, in English. The research proposal should state your motivation for becoming a non-resident fellow in your chosen program(s) of interest. In addition, please include 4 working titles for pieces you propose to work on during your fellowship at Fiker Institute.
   
2. Written work: Two recent academic essays, a minimum of 1,500 words to a maximum of 3,000 words each, in English. Published works are not required for admission but will be beneficial for the application.
   
3. Official Transcripts: Transcripts should give detailed information of the individual grades received in your university-level qualifications to date. You should only upload official documents issued by your institution, and any transcript not in English should be accompanied by a certified translation.
